Current Affairs

I created this blog because of the statements like the one we heard today 1/11/2018..  The POTUS said  he would prefer Norwegians  rather than immigrant from Shithole countries like  Haiti or Africa. First of all,  I was not really shocked or surprised. In fact, it has become the order of the day with this person. It is disgraceful considering the position of this person.  These are words beneath his position.  The continent of Africa comprises of 54 nations with varied cultural,  language and ethnic background.  Recently we have heard of different statistical data indicating that 37 percent of Nigerian in America have a Bachelors Degree, and 17 percent holds a Masters Degree. This might be the reason that this person has chosen to mention this county in his immigration ranting or racist statements. Another example of such dehumanizing statement was when he said that "when they come to visit, they do not want to go back to their Huts."

While listening to one of network news, one of this person surrogate said he supported the statement, and that POTUS  can't be the president of Haiti or Africa. What that shows about this person, is that he is very ignorant. Exactly, he can't be the president of Africa because Africa is a continent and comprises of 54 nations as I have stated earlier in this write up.

I am proud for my achievements and I am happy to say that I am one of the 17 percent of Nigeria with an Advanced Degree.  United States Of America have been my home for a long time, and most of this people pointing fingers today, at one point in their life's, or their parents or grand parents, they were also consider shitholes.  They just need to go back and read their ancestry history or American History.
